| 在我国扩大面向全球的高标准自由贸易区网络和深化全球价值链竞争与合作的背景下，研究了区域自由贸易协定不同类型条款的深度在成员双边全球价值链嵌入中的作用。根据贸易协定条款的功能，将区域贸易协定深度区分为产品条款深度和要素条款深度，在探讨两类贸易协定条款深度各自对成员之间全球价值链嵌入影响的基础上，特别分析了要素条款深度对产品条款深度与全球价值链嵌入关系的影响。研究发现，区域贸易协定的产品条款深度和要素条款深化对全球价值链嵌入均具有显著促进作用，而且要素条款深化还能够增强产品条款深度对全球价值链嵌入的影响。 |

| Abstract: |
| In the context of China’s efforts to expand the high-standard global free trade zone network and deepen global value chain competition and cooperation, this paper explores the role of different types of free trade agreement provisions in the bilateral global value chain participation between member countries. By separating the depth of trade agreements into the product and factor provision depth according to the functions of trade agreement provisions, this paper investigates how two types of provision depth affect bilateral GVC participation of the member countries respectively and how the depth of factor provisons affect the relationship between the depth of product provisions and GVC participation. We find that the depeening of both product and factor provisions has a significant role in promoting GVC participation of the member countries, and the deepening of product provisions can strength the positive impact of product provision depth on the GVC participation. |
